In FCP X, I set the library to Wide Gamut HDR, the project to Rec. 2020 PQ, RAW to log conversion and Camera LUT to Sony S-log3/S-Gamut3.Cine, pulled down the highlights (from 2K nits to 400 nits) and shadows with the color wheels, added noise reduction (high) and sent to Compressor. I uploaded to YouTube using ProRes 422. Highlights in the alpha letter on the jacket and elsewhere still measure 2K nits (four stops greater brightness than SDR). I notice aliasing in the glasses (and a ton of false color in the fine weave of the black jacket in the viewer of FCP X but thankfully not visible at all on YouTube!).
