So I’m told by the iService center here in Ho Chi Minh that my iMac will be in repair for a few more weeks because they’re waiting on a part from Apple and it’s the New Year holiday. Meanwhile, on my iPhone, I discover that YouTube has blocked access to the comments page of my channel. I have a look at my viewing history and discover that the technicians have been watching countless hours of Vietnamese music videos, movies and variety shows on my iMac, so I complain to customer service. Are Tet videos a new diagnostic tool? I suppose now they’ll have to settle for using another customer’s iPhone for their Tet festivities.
